In-stock orders are picked and dispatched within one business day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday go out on the Monday. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment a label is printed, and the same number appears on the order in your account.

Delivery usually takes two to five business days once the parcel is with the carrier. We don't offer a guaranteed next-day service — a paddle that arrives on Wednesday instead of Tuesday is not worth the surcharge, and we'd rather not sell you one.

Cash on delivery is available on every order. The courier collects the exact total shown on your confirmation; there is no separate handling fee.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unplayed paddle in its original packaging for a full refund. Refunds land on the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us.

Once a paddle has been played, the face is no longer new and we can't resell it — so a used paddle can only be handled through the warranty. This is why we publish every measurement we take: the more you know before you buy, the less often this matters.

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order, which is faster than holding stock against an inbound parcel. Start one from your orders or by contacting support.
