Covered

• Delamination

  The face separating from the core, usually felt as a dead or hollow spot.

• Core crush

  Honeycomb collapse behind the sweet spot, often after a hard ball-strike on the edge.

• Edge guard separation

  Adhesive failure lifting the guard away from the perimeter.

• Handle failure

  The butt cap or handle body cracking under normal play.

• Manufacturing defects

  Anything present at the point of manufacture — voids, misaligned layup, bad bonding.

Not covered

• Normal grit wear

  Raw carbon loses bite with use. That's the material working as intended, not a fault.

• Impact damage

  Court strikes, paddle taps that go wrong, dropped bags, car doors.

• Cosmetic marks

  Scuffs, ball marks and paint transfer on the edge guard.

• Modification

  Sanding, resurfacing sprays, lead tape under the guard, aftermarket grips fitted with adhesive.

• Second-hand paddles

  Cover is tied to the original purchase and is not transferable.
